Danny McNiel, SRA has more than 25 years experience as a real estate
appraiser in the State of New Mexico. He is residentially qualified by the
New Mexico Real Estate Appraisal Board and holds the coveted SRA designation
from the Appraisal Institute.
The Appraisal Institute is recognized as one of the world's leading
organizations of professional real estate appraisers. The SRA designation
assures that the appraiser has exceeded state mandated requirements in
experience and education as determined from a series of written exams, file
reviews and demonstrated ability. SRA designated appraisers must also
adhere to a strictly enforced code of professional standards and ethics.
